The Great Father does know what's up. Have you ever run any incentive programs before? Have you ever studied the human mind and it's responses to gratification, short-term and long-term? Or are you just assuming that a few gift cards for Bed Bath and Beyond is going to make this thing worthwhile? Your actions show poor leadership with decent intentions.
