Reading this.. all of it, and I dont think March could come any faster, looks like im gonna have to restart XII to keep me in line for a few months

I didn't care for XII tbh....I'm glad they are going back to a turn based kind of style

well the way they describe it its closer to XII than X

probably in the way it looks, setting, and you see enemies on screen...from what I've seen they have mostly a turn based style...

they should just make one with the choice of turn-based or real time, but I'd imagine that'd be a pain in the ass to make

well basically its ATB(Active time Battle) which is nothing new for FF fans. from what i read they have low level and higher level attacks and a bar you fill up with those attacks. For example low level take a bar higher level takes 3. so once your time is up to queue the attacks then you will unleash a combat. It does seem to integrate a gambit like system as well. Basically, it seems their unleashing a perfected combat system from 12. I liked 12 but I felt that the combat made me feel detached from the game.
