Explain to me how that sig is 'not no picture with text on it.' Did you create that background personally?
Elements:
Bevel and Emboss- Obvious.
Stroke- Around the letters
Liquify- to make the text bend
Inner Shadow- You've got some sort of inner shadow inside of the text
Using those as poorly as you did, makes for a shitty sig. I'm sorry.

the text comes slanted
and that bground was made FROM a picture
it isnt an actual picture, i did make it
and there is no stroke, its outer glow..........
the rest is all filters and actions
so learn your Photoshop first, then talk shit
