For me, the problem was too much going on in one bar. I feel like you would have been better off focusing on one reference and driving it home, versus trying to tie multiple things together & losing sting like you did. Just my perspective though. But keep doing you, pimp.

That's kind of like a couple of mini-schemes accompanying the main wordplay which uses terms not everyone is familiar with, you've obviously put a lot of thought into it though so credit where it's due. It's like adding toppings to pizza - too much confuses the flavour. You can also get so caught up on wordplay that what you are actually saying with the bar suffers. If you're not disappointed with the flaws everything you write you're not being critical enough.
