Intro

Welcome to the 2nd installation of ur new & improved LLL magazine, brought to u by ur favorite textee's favorite textee, Barcotic. I could not be happier to start a mag after such a refreshing week, not to mention week 4 looks even more promising w/ all the new talent. There were some dope battles, some really nice lines thrown from a majority of the comp, and only 2 heads didn't show up. GOOD SHIT PPL, UR DOING IT! All we need now is more voting all around, so I've implemented a voting rule.. follow it or get nowhere in the league

Barcotic vs. Spitacular (Pic Battle)
Wow, long time coming and I can't wait to do it again. This was dope, we both dropped flames. Props to Spit for dropping early & dropping 20. I matched that, and I don't think I had a single line that wasn't quoted at least once. I ended up taking it 5-1. Good shit

Untold vs. Sobe (Pic Battle)
Decent battle here, but somewhat disappointing imo. Both pics didn't really have much ammo, so I saw a lot of basic and/or played concepts because of it. None the less, there were some cool hits, but the match had potential to be way better. Untold won via KO, 4-0

Orc vs. Mister Write
First of all, props to both for showing. I mostdef thought this would be a no show battle, but I was wrong. Mister Write is more of a topical guy tho, while Orc is a seasoned vet, so it's not really a surprise that Orc got the dub. He was just more clean w/ wording & wittier

Kontext vs. Baron Mynd
Weird battle tbh. u'd think Baron would slack due to him signing out and not seeming as interested, while Kon would drop dope because he seemed motivated, right? Wrong. Total opposite.. Baron dropped pretty nice, while Kon obviously keyed his shit up quick n didn't hit much. Baron took it convincingly

Genghiskhan vs. Knoxville
Cool battle, 6-2 in favor of Geng, but pretty much everybody had it close. Rereading it, I definitely think it coulda gone either way. Both had a few good hitters, nothing amazing but I enjoyed the read, and like I said.. Geng won

GOW went MIA and didn't show up against KnowP

lls, same thing.. didn't show for his match against Swagneto

Only 2 heads didn't show. I'm pretty happy w/ that

Good match, not sure if they're going pics or not, but either way I expect a great read. Hard to pick a winner, but I got Spit if it's pics and Untold if it's reg

Joe Metts vs. Blue Bayou
I really hope these 2 show up, cuz this could be really dope. Both guys are beasts, another tuff call. If they go a high amount of lines, I got Blue being a bit more consistent, but this could mostdef go either way

Orc vs. Capcom
This should be interesting. Cap is pretty good actually from what I've seen. Recently he beat Sobe in FL, convincingly too. Orc can't slack, cuz it could cost him. Still, I see Orc showing up solid and taking it. Should be a cool, close battle

I think these 2 are going w/ pics, which is awsome, looking forward to it. Both guys are vets, but I don't see nik losing this. He's pretty dope when it comes to pic battles, but we'll see

Sobe vs. Kontext
I like it.. a couple old school RB heads facing off. I just hope no one slacks. This has potential to be extremely close. I feel they're pretty even skillwise, so I'll flip a coin... Sobe

Mister Write vs. Knoxville
Write just needs to work out a few kinks here n there and he could easily be stiff comp. I feel the same about Knox, but I also feel he's slightly better than Write when it comes to concepts and wording, so I'ma go w/ him

Genghiskhan vs. Swagneto
Cool little battle, probably gonna be close. Haven't seen Swag battle in a minute, while Geng seems to be elevating. I think Geng'll have the creative edge, but this could really go either way

Alphabet vs. lls
I haven't seen anything from lls, so I can't comment on this one too much, but Alpha's cool and when on point can bring some stingers. We'll have to see what happens
