I'm usually easily annoyed more than anything...specifically from people that constantly do the same shit and somehow dont seem to understand what they are doing to annoy after I've told them over and over again

yeah I used to get pissed off pretty easily too. When I'm really pissed off my heart beats faster and I wanna punch someone. Then I realised that aint good cos anger=stress which shortens ya life in the long run. Nowadays I'm a lot more chilled, if I start gettin pissed off I take a few deep breaths, it works. Cos yeah, if you get pissed off the other twat WINS. He's gotcha. If u stay chill n dont let it phase you, you win
if you beat them to a bloody fuckin' pool of human remnants, you win... AND you release stress, thus extendin' your life... much better scenario...

well, i usually eat at the hotel restaurant but today i left to get out of there and calm down, so i go to the bank to deposit my check and wouldnt you know the bitches there fucked my deposits up with my checking and that made it worse, but ive cooled down, still pissed tho, im gonna confront some people on monday morning. talk it out or something cause i really cant afford to go off and possibly lose my position.
