yeah i do know there were a lot. i am just saying that there is always that chance. i mean nas didnt hit the scene till a year earlier and many of the people mentioned in mikes huge list were already out prior to the 90's. you never know. i dont think anybody really good came out after 97 imo. they could come late this decade. all i am saying is you never know. plus i think some damn good cd's have already come out this year. be, college dropout, grind date....... just to name a few i dont wanna go nuts nor do i have the time. all i am saying is that you cannot completely rule something out when you have no impact over it.

so true.......its almost like all the standard has dropped, well theres still plenty of dope lyricists out there, but not that many up and coming ones........actually, i just think the standard of radio play has been dropped (if that makes sense) it all seems to be focused on the beat now more then anything (not that thats a bad thing) but yea.....anyone agree? disagree? i talk out my ass sometimes lol

Are you kidding, even some of the worst artists had their highlights during the 90's.... Puff Daddy, No Limit, Cash Money, JT Money .... those were just good times.... I miss those times
